Boot Camp: This is a serious class to blast fat away and tone everywhere. After an aerobic warmup you will get a hardcore workout combining high intensity interval training and pilates style anaerobic work. This class includes a cool down with stretching. This is an all-level-friendly class but not for the faint of heart!

Wellness Coaching and Advising: The purpose of a coaching session is to find what will work for you. A coach guides and supports, whereas an adviser provides information and advice. This hybrid model allows you to get the best of both worlds. Sessions can focus on nutrition, fitness, or any aspect of general wellness; and these sessions can be done in person or over video chat from anywhere in the world.
