Vinyasa Flow, Yin, & SUP Yoga
With custom yoga there is something for everyone. Yoga for strength, yoga for flexibility, yoga for mental clarity, yoga for endurance. Private yoga is available for groups or one-on-one. I am also available for corporate yoga. I have no drop-in classes at this time.
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa means to place in a special way or to sync breath to movement. It differs from Hatha style yoga classes in that you will flow through the poses, moving with your breath. The focus changes from class to class, including such themes as "Yoga for Surfers," "Core Strengthening Yoga," "Strength & Balance," etc.; and you will have the opportunity to work on advanced peak poses in most classes. This class is all-level-friendly and offers a physical challenge.
Yin: The softer side of yoga. Yin classes focus on deep stretching and massaging of the fascia. Poses are held for 3 minutes each, and thus this class offers more of a mental challenge. Yin is all-level-friendly and you will leave feeling ultra relaxed.
SUP Yoga: Stand-Up-Paddle board yoga! Yoga on the water is an amazing experience. Balancing on the board brings a new challenge to yoga and you may have the most relaxing savasana of your life!
